Welcome to the Emergency Preparedness Program
Consultants Inc. Home page, you can refer to us as
EPPC. What is EPPC and what do we do? Great
question, We at EPPC are a highly trained group of
firefighter, police officer and EMT that have joined
forces to provided state of the art Confined Space
Rescue, Search and Rescue and public safety
training courses. EPPC was founded in 2004 by
Jonathan Cuneo. The company began providing
courses to the Boy Scouts of America at no charge.
Now the company has expanded to providing
training to firefighter, police officer and the general
public. EPPC offers a wide verity of course such as
Rope Rescue, Confined Space Rescue and First
Aid and CPR training.
EPPC not only teaches these courses but also
provides on site standby for companies looking for
services such as confined space, rope rescue, site
safety and security. EPPC instructors and staff are
all certified to the highest level in rescue. Our
company can reach or provide the highest level of
care possible for you.

Continuing Education Courses
The Emergency Preparedness Program Consultants Inc. Divison of Education and Training offers a wide variety of
course at an every day low cost. All course are tought by instructors that have pratical experience in the field. All of
our courses are hands on and fun filled. We provide all the required equipment and safety gear.
For departments or companies that have a group of six or more you might be eligible for our Mobile Training Program.
This is where EPPC will come to your location and conduct the training in a pre-approved location of your choice.
EPPC will provide a number of large tents, tables and chairs so that your students are comfortable and ready to learn.

Police communities. Some courses offered by EPPC Inc. Involve a degree of danger or personal injury. All students
that are attending any EPPC course are required to have the following forms when they arrive on the day of the
course.
Waiver and Assumption of Risk:
This form is signed by the student and a witness. This form is acknowledging that the student is aware of the risk
involved in the course and the course activities. The student is aware that EPPC Inc. holds no responsibility for any
injury, defective equipment and or any other harm that might come from the course.
Student Registration form:
The student registration form is filled out by the student and turned in the day of the course. This form gathers
general information about the student and the student's background.
How do I get to the course location?
Your course will be held at a location that has all the necessary assets. You can find directions to your class by

Course hold fee payment:
Your course spot is not secure unless you send a check for $25.00 to reserve it. You can send your payment to the
address below. Payment is non refundable.
