Confined Space Rescue Stand By's

EPPC Confined Space Standby and Monitoring is one of our most popular and important services. We at
EPPC pride our selfs on being one of the leaders in Confined Space Rescue and Monitoring. What
exactly is Confined Space Monitoring? Confined Space Monitoring is when you have EPPC Certified CS
Rescue Technicians monitoring the job sites confined spaces, We use combustible gas monitors and
state of the art CAD Monitoring systems.
What Set us apart from the rest of the companies out there? A few major points, EPPC is the only
company around that uses a CAD Monitoring system. A CAD or Computer Aided Monitoring System is a
set of monitoring devices that all report back to one central computer on the job site. We also not only
monitor the environment, we use night vision cameras to watch the work for the CAD station as well as
conduct 10 min human checks. This is very helpful to you because we no are not constantly bothering
your employees. We can see they and know they are OK, we can see that he O2 and environmental
conditions are with in normal limits so work can continue. This saves you from five minuet checks
required by OSHA when a CAD is not used.
EPPC also uses hands free radio communications with your staff in the CS. We will give your staff a
radio with a headset that fits under ear phones or hard hats so they can hear and talk to our staff if they
are experiencing any issues. This allows our staff to have a heads up notice if there is any issues or if
your staff is feeling ill.
How do you know if you need a Confined Space Standby? The Occupational Safety and Health
Administration OSHA requires a Confined Space Supervisors and rescue team for any permit required
confined space no matter how long the entry will be. Click here for Definition of Permit Required
Confined Space.
EPPC staff are all OSHA certified Rescue and Supervisors CS Technicians and all have the highest
qualifications as training available. Our team trained in some of the most dangerous and hazardous
areas in the country each and every mouth to make sure we are top of the line. EPPC gets request from
