Welcome to the Emergency Preparedness Program
Consultants Inc. Home page, you can refer to us as
EPPC. What is EPPC and what do we do? Great
question, We at EPPC are a highly trained group of
firefighter, police officer and EMT that have joined
forces to provided state of the art Confined Space
Rescue, Search and Rescue and public safety
training courses. EPPC was founded in 2004 by
Jonathan Cuneo. The company began providing
courses to the Boy Scouts of America at no charge.
Now the company has expanded to providing
training to firefighter, police officer and the general
public. EPPC offers a wide verity of course such as
Rope Rescue, Confined Space Rescue and First
Aid and CPR training.

EPPC not only teaches these courses but also
provides on site standby for companies looking for
services such as confined space, rope rescue, site
safety and security. EPPC instructors and staff are
all certified to the highest level in rescue. Our
company can reach or provide the highest level of
care possible for you.

EPPC and SSADRT Chris D'Arpino deploys with IFAW

On January 28th 2012 Chris D'Arpino deployed with the international animal rescue group International
Fund for Animal Welfare(IFAW)
to Kentucky for an animal rescue mission. D'Arpino a  Vet Tech will be
representing EPPC and
SSDART in this effort to save over a hundered homeless and abandoned dogs.
D'Arpino will be deployed for seven days with IFAW. He will be working 12 hours shifts and sleeping at a
hotel in the general area.

D'Arpino was one of only 4 Massachusetts Vet Tech selected to deploy on this mission. D'Arpino who is
the founder of SSDART and has been working hard over the past two years to get SSDART in the
national spot light said "It is a huge honor to have been selected and to represent EPPC and SSDART on
such a major deployment"  

While EPPC and SSDART have not been told what the mission is, Chris was advised only when he
landed today in Kentucky, we are told that this mission is over a  year in the making. We will keep you
updated as we receive information for Kentucky. We are so very proud of Chris and wish him the best of
luck.
