Welcome to the Emergency Preparedness Program
Consultants Inc. Home page, you can refer to us as
EPPC. What is EPPC and what do we do? Great
question, We at EPPC are a highly trained group of
firefighter, police officer and EMT that have joined
forces to provided state of the art Confined Space
Rescue, Search and Rescue and public safety
training courses. EPPC was founded in 2004 by
Jonathan Cuneo. The company began providing
courses to the Boy Scouts of America at no charge.
Now the company has expanded to providing
training to firefighter, police officer and the general
public. EPPC offers a wide verity of course such as
Rope Rescue, Confined Space Rescue and First
Aid and CPR training.
EPPC not only teaches these courses but also
provides on site standby for companies looking for
services such as confined space, rope rescue, site
safety and security. EPPC instructors and staff are
all certified to the highest level in rescue. Our
company can reach or provide the highest level of
care possible for you.

EPPC announced that they will be hosting the Technical Rope Rescue Three Part Series. The course
will begin in November 2011 and end in September 2012 with the Qualifications Exam. Students Must
pass each part of the course to move on to the next phase. The course is hands on and classroom.
There will be homework assignments for each class.
The course follows the 2010 CMC Rescue International Course Curriculum as well as meets all
requirements for NFPA 1006. Students will be given three chances to pass each exam. Instructor staff
reserves the right to drop any student at any time for safety concerns.
The course will be hosted in several locations. Class part one will be hosted in Quincy MA at the Quincy
Quarries, Class 2 will be hosted at blue hills in Milton. The final class location will set 30 days before the
course. Students are required to have a Jump Suit for Tech 3 but no special equipment for parts one
and two.
Students that bring there own equipment are required to get all equipment signed off by the instructor
staff before use in class. Please see the attached equipment list. Contact our office for any further
information.
Course Cost $500.00 for set or tech 1 $150.00, Tech 2 $250.00, $350.00. Payment Plans can be award
by contacting our main office
